Our Purpose
We exist as a church to lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. We measure growth in a person's life by four "G's":
Gathering
Our worship services (Sundays at 11am) are designed to help members praise and adore Jesus, and members are faithful to gather weekly for worship as it is essential for spiritual growth (Hebrews 10:24-25). Children gather on Sundays to participate in The Hills Children's Ministries that includes classes and friendship for ages ________. For older students aged _______, The Well meets on Wednesday nights and Sunday mornings, featuring a live worship band and Bible study geared specifically for the life challenges facing high schoolers today.
Growing
We recognize that studying God's Word together is crucial for spiritual growth and maturity. For this purpose, we have weekly small-group Sunday School classes (Sundays at 9:30am) to walk through and discuss books of the Bible together. Additionally, members participate in weekly LIFE Groups in order to grow strong in their faith, seek guidance from God, and encouragement from fellow believers.
Giving
A growing Christian must not only receive, but also give out of the abundance that God gives. We do this, for one, through our time and energy, serving in the ministries of the church as God gives us personal skill, interest, and conviction. Every member of Rolling Hills is a minister, not an observer, and we commit to the mission of the church by giving of ourselves towards the greater good of God's mission. We also give out of our financial provision, being faithful in our tithes and offerings.
Going
The pinnacle of Christian giving is going out to the world to share the good news of Jesus Christ. This is our mission, and we accomplish it through:

-
Personal Relationships
-
Church-wide Events
-
Community Engagement
-
Mission Trips

As a church, we are unified in our desire to see the whole world come to meet Jesus, and we work to make that the mission of all we do.
